Girton Youth Project - Ten Days of Summer is Coming!

After the success of last year's 10 Days programme we are organising more exciting activities for you in the summer. The programme will again have a wide variety of activities to suit everyone from crazy cooking to arts 'n' craft and cricket to problem solving games. There are also some fantastic trips organised which will be announced nearer the time.

The layout will be the same as last year and Easter. There will be a morning session from 10.30am - 12.30pm and an afternoon session from 2pm - 4pm unless otherwise stated. The programme is open to all young people aged between 8-16. There will be a small charge of £1 per session per child.

The dates for the 10 Days Of Summer programme are:

Week 1: 14th - 18th August
Week 2: 21st - 25th August

A programme of activities will be distributed nearer the time so keep your eyes open for one and keep your diary free.

Basketball Players

We have organised a Basketball Competition for all 14-16 year olds. Participants will be paired up on the day to compete against other pairs. The competition will be taking place at Girton College on Friday 11th August. We will meet in the visitors' car park at 10.30am.

After the competition we will be moving to the rec. to have a BBQ to relax after a hard workout. Don't forget to bring plenty of drink with you as it may be hot on the day and it is advisable to bring with you some sun cream.

If you have not attended any activities organised by Girton Youth Project you will need to arrive on the day with a parent/guardian to complete a registration from. Alternatively, you can contact me using one of the methods below and I will send you out a form to save time.

For more information please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to seeing you all soon.
