Work will start on Sunday 24 May 2020 and will continue into the week.
Work will start at the A14 bridge and continue towards and on to High Street.
The project is one of the first projects to be implemented of the long list of proposals that has been drawn up by the County Council in response to both public and government demand to improve cycling facilities. The cycle lane will be 1.3m wide which ties in with the short stretches of cycle lane already in existence at the mini roundabout near Wellbrook Court. This leaves a 4m wide running lane for two way traffic.
