WORK IN GIRTON FROM 4TH NOVEMBER: FOR INFORMATION
At the start of November, Precision Point Surveys Ltd will be carrying out some survey work in Girton on behalf of the Environment Agency.
The work is likely to take place over a couple of days and is due to start on 4th November weather permitting. The work involves surveying some surface water manholes in Fairway/Northfield and locating outfalls in the Beck Brook from the A14/M11 to Oakington Rd.
This information will be used to help us better understand the flood risk to the area. As this work is planned to take place in your Parish,
I wanted to make you aware of this work. For the duration of the survey, staff from Precision Point Surveys will carry their company photo ID card which they will be willing to show upon request.
