I have been living in Girton since 1996, moving from Cambridge where I have been living since 1985 after moving up from London to join Philips in their IT team.
I now run a company developing software for his social housing and local authority customers around the UK.
I agreed to become a Parish councillor after recognising that even in an affluent village there were some people facing difficulties such as financial issue and loneliness.
I would like to make a change and get the community to start thinking positively under the mindset of “Not in My Village”.
