Temporary change to concession card policy.
ENCTS concession passes now valid at all times.
We’ve been working in partnership with Bedford Borough Council, Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council and have agreed to make some changes to the concessionary fares scheme.
From Thursday 19th March all concessionary passes including Disabled and Companion Passes, will be valid for use at all times. That means that these will be accepted on-board our buses in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Peterborough before the 9.30am restriction.
This is a temporary measure to help elderly or vulnerable people in the community who may wish to travel to get essential supplies.
We are doing all that we can at this unprecedented time to keep the community moving and so we will be lifting this restriction until further notice.
